This is a strongly stock inspired black theme.If you like black themes but you don't want to lose stock appeal, this merges the two ideas together, also to be more battery-friendly on AMOLED displays.
The theme installs through Substratum Theme Engine app, that you can download here, IT REQUIRES ROOT, Busybox, and a Layers or Substratum compatible ROM: https://goo.gl/BB5eio
